I recently had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel on the outskirts of a popular destination. The location was perfect - close enough to easily access the main market, yet secluded enough for a peaceful retreat. The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, offering both comfort and space. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, ensuring a memorable experience. The food at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious dishes like juicy onion bhajiyas and mouthwatering Malvani chicken. The service provided by Mr. Kotwal and the restaurant staff was outstanding. I was extremely satisfied with the value for money, attention to detail, and the hotel's basic amenities, including rooms with balconies and a delightful breakfast.
I couldn't find anything to complain about - everything was simply perfect!

We loved the hotel's location near the highest point in this city. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with great amenities like a well-maintained swimming pool and outdoor games like badminton, cricket, and carrom. We also appreciated the friendly and respectful staff who were always available to help with a smile on their faces. Finally, the inclusive breakfast was decent with a variety of Indian dishes like Aloo Paratha, Upma, and different kinds of idlis.
Nothing, it was perfect.

Located just outside the town center, it's in a great spot for exploring the local area, while still being close enough to access the main market. the rooms were very spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. the service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff throughout. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with a good selection of dishes on offer. it was a great place to stay with many facilities and little surprises.
While the check-in process was not particularly quick, it's understandable given that the staff were doing their best to ensure everyone's needs were met.

The complementary chocolates and cookies were delicious. the hotel is situated close to the market which is very convenient. the room was spacious and had beautiful views of the surrounding area.
The Christmas dinner was disappointing, with limited options and the food did not live up to expectations. the staff appeared uninterested and lacked the friendly attitude we were expecting.

Beautiful and serene surroundings with spacious and clean rooms. Polite and helpful staff who went above and beyond to accommodate requests. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, with an excellent variety of options.
Limited breakfast options and the softness of the bed affected sleep quality. Although the bathrooms were well-done, they lacked provisions such as hooks and towel rods.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with spacious and aesthetically designed rooms, complete with balconies that offer beautiful views. The hotel also stands out for its attentive and polite staff, including the efficient guard responsible for security and car parking. The dining facilities are top-notch, with a great food menu and courteous service. The hotel's location on the main highway and its tranquil surroundings make it an ideal choice for a short trip.
The hotel could improve by offering more variety in their breakfast options.

The location was perfect, just a short distance from the main market. The room was spacious, great to relax and unwind comfortably. We were kinda surprised by the really good service provided by the staff, especially Mr Kotwal in charge of the restaurant. The food surpassed our expectations, with juicy and crispy onion bhajiyas and delicious Malvani chicken. The staff, including Sunil, Santosh, and Datta, catered to our every need during our three-day stay. we were satisfied with the hotel's service.
Although there were a couple of drawbacks , they did not overshadow the overall experience. The bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped, feeling like a cheap spring mattress.
